We have recreated the classic "Six-piece Burr" series of Burr locks using non-toxic and durable safety plastic. Our precise manufacturing process keeps dimensional variations within 0.01 cm, ensuring a tighter fit for each component.
Furthermore, we have deconstructed the ancient design to introduce the only globally patented complete set of 21-piece burr components, offering more than 50 possible combinations of the "6-piece Burr." The combinations are categorized into Beginner, Intermediate, and Expert levels, and you can also use your creativity to create additional configurations. ｜A story of Burr Lock｜
In ancient architectural construction, the mortise and tenon joint structure was widely used in wooden furniture and buildings. This technique stabilizes structures and allows them to withstand forces without the nails. Such craftsmanship has been ingeniously incorporated into the Burr lock.
It is said that the Burr lock was designed by the legendary carpenter Lu Ban, although another theory suggests it was invented by Kongming (Zhuge Liang) based on the principles of Bagua metaphysics. Consequently, the Burr lock is also known as the Kongming lock.
The Burr lock comes in many forms, with the most classic being the "Six-piece burr" design. This form consists of six long strips that interlock through their concave and convex features to create a 3D cross shape.

- No glue is required; simply follow the instructions to install the parts in their correct positions and slots, and ensure that the parts fit together properly to ensure the model functions correctly once assembled.
