The "2020 Second China International Science Popularization Works Competition," co-hosted by the China Science and Technology Museum (CSTM) and the International Council of Museums Committee for Museums and Collections of Science and Technology (ICOM-CIMUSET).

Seven works entered the competition and all were selected as finalists. Ultimately, the Metal Sphere Instrument won the first prize, three wooden DIY teaching tools won second prizes, and the Metal Ancient Lock piece earned a third prize！
